Chinese Moth Necklace

The moth is an ancient symbol of good fortune in China, where this pendant (Equatoria Catalog #504) originated, but long ago this pendant adorned an elegant Chinese garment, which now adapts into a beautiful pendant. There are 14 Peruvian teardrop opals with matrix, strung with sterling silver spacers, little aventurine beads, and a sterling silver clasp (Catalog #106). This necklace is strung with SoftFlex beading wire and is 18” long.
